Terms of Use
Last updated: 8 October 2026
These terms apply to the PacePack app and this website, provided by Axel Grefslie, Norway. Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to the app; these terms add to it.
The service
PacePack keeps a group's interval timer, voice cues and history in sync across phones. We work to keep it available and accurate, but it is provided as is, and we can't guarantee it will always work without interruption.
PacePack Pro
- Pro is a subscription billed by Apple to your Apple ID, monthly or yearly at the price shown in the app.
- A new subscriber gets a 7-day free trial when offered. If you don't cancel, the subscription starts when the trial ends.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID is charged within 24 hours before the period ends.
- Manage or cancel in your Apple ID settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
Using PacePack fairly
Don't misuse sessions, invite codes or other runners: no offensive display names, no attempts to disrupt sessions you don't host, and no attempts to access data that isn't yours. We may remove accounts that do.
Your health
Interval training is demanding. Exercise at your own risk and within your limits, and talk to a doctor if you're unsure whether it's safe for you. PacePack is a timer, not medical advice.
Liability
As far as Norwegian law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for harm arising from using the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer.
Ending
You can stop using PacePack and delete your account at any time: sign in with Apple in Profile, then tap Delete account, or email [email protected]. We may end the service with reasonable notice.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Norway.
